Detroit --Kwame Kilpatrick's effort to disqualify the judge overseeing his probation will be decided this morning by the presiding criminal division judge of the Wayne County Circuit Court.

Rep. Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick and a top aide have been served with grand jury subpoenas requesting testimony in U.S. District Court in Detroit.
